Build a strong, well-rounded foundation for your personal practice and professional offerings as a modern yoga teacher.
Yin yoga has seen a significant rise in popularity recently, becoming an essential practice for those looking to unwind from the demands of everyday life. Known for its slow pace, introspective nature, and meditative quality, Yin yoga offers a much-needed change of pace in todayโs fast-paced world.
This training will be led by our founder Duncan Peak, a pioneer of modern yoga in Australia, and supported by our senior teachers Troy Abraham, Gina Brescianini, and Emma Burridge.
The only prerequisite for this course is that you love YIN YOGA and are curious about learning more. However the 75/100 accredited hours can only be counted towards RYT500 if a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training has been completed in advance.
We are thrilled to offer this world-class Yin Yoga Teacher Training, available entirely online or in a hybrid format, combining online learning with in-person sessions. The course begins on April 3rd, 2025, and will run for six weeks in an interactive digital classroom. Students can opt for just the 75 hours of online study or extend their learning with an additional 3 days of in-person facilitation at the end of week six to earn a 100-hour certification.

Yes! Many of our 500-hour level courses require 200-hour certification as a pre-requisite but we welcome students from any yoga education training program.
Occasionally we open some of these programs up to all students, depending on the content of the course. If the course has a 200-hour prerequisite, it will be clearly noted on the website and all marketing material. And only 200-hour qualified teachers are able to gain hours of accreditation for completing the course.
Our 500-hour pathway programs require a $1,000 deposit for any programs over $1,000. All remaining course fees must be paid six weeks before the start date of the program. We donโt offer payment plans for our 500-hour programs. All programs under $1,000 require payment in full at the time of registration.
